Ellemairco is Based in Orangeville, Ontaio. 

Sizing? 

All Kimonos are one size. There are shorter kimono they have shorter sleeves and are either velvet or chiffon. If a product is a certain size it will be marked in the listing. So read carefully and be mindful when ordering :) 

How long will my order take? 

Once you've placed a order depending on if the fabric is in stock or if it has to be ordered in. Your piece/s will take about 1-3 weeks to make; depending on time of year. Shipping provider is FedEx and Canada Post and can take anywhere from 1 business day to 6 business days for Canada and 6-20 days for international.

 What is your return/exchange policy? 

We do NOT offer returns. We do however offer exchanges and understand computer screens can vary with colour. We would be happy to help you find something else you would love and cherish just send us an email at contact@ellemairco.com and our Customer Care team will be in touch within 1-4 business days. Exchanges must be made within a week of purchasing your item(s). Exchanges cannot be made for international orders outside of Canada.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
